Photo Assignment 2, Macro

During this assignment, I took pictures of things really close up. People see these objects everyday, but don't realize how different they look in a perspective that is so close up that it shows the precision of form and color. Depth of field also plays a role with macro, showing just how close you are. I took pictures of many different objects to demonstrate just how amazing the world is through macro photography.

Summary: During this assignment, I learned a lot about macro photography. I didn't realize just how tricky it was to zoom down into great detail to capture an image that most people don't usually see. I really enjoyed this assignment and thought it was a lot of fun. Most of the macro examples did happen to be flowers, so added to the pictures of flowers I already took I had to find some new objects to take pictures of. You had to think outside of the box, but it was all worth the time and effort.

    I really like the sharpness of the photo and the bright orange color. Its really clear and catches the eye. Good job!

    I really like your photo because it's really sharp and you can see every detail on the flower, and its looks really good with the background blurred out.
