Photo Assignment 3, Nature/Landscape

For this assignment, I took pictures of the great outdoors. I took pictures of my backyard and of a swampy, marshy area on the outskirts of my neighborhood. I took some pictures with a wide view to capture the landscape of the setting, and I also took some pictures that are a little more up close to capture the feel of nature.

During this assignment, I learned how to use the exposure settings on my camera to capture a good picture with the right amount of light for the picture to look good. I learned that the right time to take pictures of nature and primarily landscape is either in the early morning, or at sunset. I found out that taking a quality photo is harder than I had expected and it took many shots to finally get the perfect photo.
